You can contact us by sending email onoffice@moestate.pl indicating  the following information: Name – Email – your approximate budget Duration of stay – number of people (if possible age and relationship) ie 1couple, kids 2 and 10 etc etc. then I can make suggestions.

Tomasz Modzelewski is a graduate of the Investment Management at Coventry University and Gdansk University of Technology. Was erasmus student at VIA University Horsens. First professional experiences gained in Paris and Cracow working as income processing sepcialist and relationship manager in BNP Paribas Securities Services and BNP Paribias Bank Polska.Then stayed at home during holidays and furnished one apartment…it went well, then the second. One monthly rent is required to be wired to our account in Poland in order to seal the booking from both sides. We will send the bank coordinates and  information to you by email. The bank-to-bank transfer is the safest method of transfer as your banker can cheque the credentials of the account you are wiring to. This is an advance on rent – it is not lost nor is it a booking fee – it is credited to you as rent received for the first month. Rent is expected on the first day or your arrival at the apartment. In case you want to book an apartment or room send the following information as a first step name, address, your phone, your parents, email and your phone, name of institution adn address of where you will be studying or working.

English model of contract. We provide a valid subscription and connection for internet-this is provided in good faith and is complementary. But that is all that we can offer you. We can give you some tips in English and provide some help over the phone but that is all.  
However ANY malfunctioning Internet, cable TV or Phone will not result in any decrease in rent nor refund nor any impact on rent. Also note that we do not provide any technical assistance and are not qualified specialists. 
When is Rent Due – On the 1st of every month – You have to transfer money to our account. If you want us to collect money from apartment – there will be extra charge of 20 euros/80 zloty each time.  When is Deposit Returned – upon departure  – 2 days after your departure by bank transfer.
